Remote Underwater Inspection Services is based in Valkenburg, between the harbors of Amsterdam and Rotterdam in The Netherlands.
Our scope of work goes beyond vessel inspections; with our ROVs, we can inspect almost any object in the water. This versatility allows us to provide comprehensive underwater inspection services tailored to a wide range of applications and industries.

ROV underwater inspection

Remote Underwater Inspection Services uses the advanced Blueye X3 ROV for in-depth underwater inspections. The Blueye X3 operates down to a maximum depth of 305 meters and is equipped with a tilt-capable 1080p HD camera to capture clear, high-quality images across various applications. Its LED lighting, producing 3300 lumens and calibrated to a 90% Color Rendering Index (CRI), ensures excellent color balance, even at significant depths and in low-visibility conditions. For more comprehensive inspection results, we have added an extra 3300-lumen LED light and an additional camera to enhance underwater imaging.

The Blueye X3 is essential for daily underwater inspections. Combined with the Observer app, our inspectors can link multiple tablets or smartphones for live drone footage. Additionally, remote viewers can access the underwater inspection in real-time via live streaming.

Industries and Applications Served:
